Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and an optional message. Alex uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Submissions are delivered to Alex’s Gmail inbox. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the form.
Website operation, security and statistics
Bluehost hosts this WordPress website. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver pages and help detect abuse. Wordfence is installed for site security and uses visitor IP addresses for its security functions.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for this check. Cloudflare processes information associated with your device and the check under its privacy terms. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The site uses Jetpack Stats from Automattic to understand traffic. Its documented processing includes IP address, browser information, visited and referring URLs, event time, language and country; if you are signed in to WordPress.com, account identifiers may also be processed. Alex receives aggregate traffic reports through this feature. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
Fonts, video and cookies
Some pages load Google Fonts and videos hosted through Bunny’s video service. Loading those resources connects your browser to the provider, which receives the technical information necessary to serve them, such as your IP address and browser request information. These providers have their own privacy policies: Google and Bunny.
WordPress and third-party features may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, functionality or service operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect features. This policy does not treat continued browsing as consent to optional tracking.
Google email connection
Alex uses an active FluentSMTP connection to send website email through his own Gmail account. The connection became active on October 9, 2026. Visitors do not connect their Google accounts or grant Google permissions to submit an inquiry.
The connection requests only the Gmail send permission (gmail.send). It does not request permission to read, search or delete mailbox messages. Outgoing email content, recipient addresses and sending-account information are processed by Google to deliver website messages. OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are stored on the website server to maintain the connection; the plugin’s selected setup uses database storage with credential encryption enabled. Google also retains sent messages according to the account’s Gmail settings.
The connection’s use is limited to delivering website email. Google user data will not be sold, transferred to advertising platforms, or used for advertising, profiling or credit decisions. Alex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Alex can revoke the connection through his Google Account permissions.
Access, retention and your requests
Inquiry information is handled by Alex and the service providers needed to host, secure and operate the site and deliver email. There is no fixed schedule for deleting inquiry emails; messages may remain in Alex’s mailbox unless deleted. Website information may also be included in hosting or backup systems. Provider retention practices apply to information they process.
You may contact Alex to ask about the information you supplied, request a correction or request deletion. Available rights and any required exceptions depend on applicable law and the information involved. For information held independently by a service provider, consult that provider’s privacy policy.

This policy will be updated when the site’s services or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
